I’m Cristen Perks Sloan - a mom, creative, and lifelong systems thinker with a background in business operations, project management, and graphic design. For years, I helped businesses create better structure, systems, and workflows. Over time, I realized those same skills naturally translated into the home: improving flow, reducing friction, and creating spaces that function well for real life.

After multiple moves and years of refining systems within my own home, I found myself continually helping friends and family rethink layouts, simplify spaces, style rooms more intentionally, and prepare homes for listing. What started as something I naturally loved doing eventually became Sloan Home Co.

My approach blends thoughtful styling with practical functionality. I believe homes don’t need to feel overly designed or picture-perfect to feel beautiful. The best spaces are the ones that feel welcoming, lived in, and supportive of everyday life.
